SHIPPING POLICY
Makers Development Group, LLC ships all orders through UPS or Fedex carriers. For the time being, US and Canada customers only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Makers Development Group, LLC will accept returns from US and Canada customers for a period of 14 days after the initial shipment. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in a new and unused condition. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance.
Makers Development Group, LLC will NOT accept returns for purchasers outside the US and Canada.
US EXPORT CONTROL
MAKERS DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC products contain items on the US commerce control list and are subject to US export regulations. Orders found to be in violation of US export regulations will be invalid and cancelled upon discovery. Any payment associated with these orders will be refunded minus any transaction fees.
ORDER CANCELATION
MAKERS DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC may cancel orders at its sole discretion. In the event of order cancellation, a refund will be issued and any non-refundable transaction fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and all other non-refundable fees will be debited from the refund amount.
